Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at fortdavisdrug.com or making a reservation at The Drug Store Hotel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Reservations & Payment

Booking: Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation.

Payment: Your card will be charged 7 days before your arrival date. If you book within 7 days of arrival, your card will be charged at the time of booking.

Payment processing: All credit card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card information is stored by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.

Rates: All rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. Rates may vary based on dates, room type, and availability.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation: Cancel up to 7 days before your arrival date for a full refund.

Late cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged for the first night's stay.

No-show: Failure to arrive without notice will result in a charge for the full reservation amount.

Modifications: Date changes are free when made more than 7 days before your original arrival date, subject to availability.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 3:00 PM. Self check-in is available 24/7 using the code provided in your confirmation email.

Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

Early arrival: We cannot guarantee early check-in, but you're welcome to store luggage if your room isn't ready.

Property Rules

• Pets: Pets are welcome at no additional charge. Please keep pets off furniture and clean up after them.
• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking violations.
• Noise: Please be respectful of other guests, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Occupancy: Room occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation.
• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the room or property during their stay.

Age Requirements

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book a room. Valid government-issued ID may be required.

Liability

The Drug Store Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables. We are not liable for injuries resulting from guest negligence or failure to follow property rules.

Our liability for any claim related to your stay shall not exceed the total amount paid for your reservation.
